Recently, Jorge Gomex, the leader of the Afro-Cuban band, Tiempro Libre, shared with Jupiter Index what he would prefer to listen to if he were alone on a desert island. Listed below are his choices.
I have a really bad memory for the names of CDs, but not with the names of artists - so I would take with me:
Something of Norah Jones (in order to feel serene);
Something of Earth Wind & Fire (to inspire me);

Something of Gonzalo Rubalcaba (to have something to study);
Something of Michael Jackson (something more to learn);
Something of Pancho Quinto (to make me feel at home);
Something of Klimax (because I adore timba);

Something of Tiempo Libre (to learn from my mistakes and continue to improve);
Something of Celine Dion (in order to admire perfection - including that of David Foster);
Something of Joshua Bell (more perfection and lyricism!);
and the last (if only I could bring more!) Gal Costa (to start from the beginning and live everything over again).
